wing parking and small claims solicitors letters

Hi, I know this has been covered upteem times, but I could do with guidance. I picked up a PNC from Wing Parking in Islington before christmas. They sent the usual letters and I sent the template letter of appeal. They then sent a letter telling me it was too late to go to IAS and not to use internet templates.
Since then I have received weekly letters of threat of action, and this week got a letter from Small Claims Solicitors, threatening legal action.
Can I have the link to what to do next please, getting bored of this now.
thanks

There is guidance on what to do if they issue a court claim in the sticky newbies thread0

they haven't issued court proceedings, just another threatening letter. I could do with the link to second stage appeal as I am getting confused. x0

Too late for that.0

Sorry, but even more confused now, the letters received have been from PCS, DRP, ZENITH and SCS. They are standard threatening letters, each saying they may go to court, and the consequences if they do, baliffs and CCJ and hit on credit rating.
I want this to stop, as I have far more important issues to deal with in my life. I have not been offered POPLA code,
I could really do with specific help as I am going around in circles on the newbie thread

You either wait and see if they issue a summons and defend it or pay up now (not a recommendation!).0

The specific help in the NEWBIES thread is to ignore debt collectors until they stop. This may take months but eventually they will either stop or you will recieve genuine court papers.
Debt collectors cannot take you to court or send baillifs or give you a CCJ. All they can do is send you poor quality bog paper or reasonable quality firelighters.I married my cousin. The post about these boring letters clearly states to be 'ignore the debt collector stage'. These are poxy letters and we've been ignoring these letter chains for a decade. Your letter is no different than the rubbish that used to be headed up 'Graham White Solicitors' and the sky did not fall in when people shredded those. So what if they send more letters? Dealing with them takes seconds, it's like weeding spam emails out of your inbox and you don't bat an eyelid about deleting the Nigerian spammers and friends 'stuck' in Africa with no money scams do you?!
IGNORE IT. Forget it, you missed the appeal so you get the letters. So what? It's only WING! Laugh at their drivel each time till they give up.I want this to stopPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

+1 ^^^^^^^
The latest from SCS is just another debt collection letter. Like many other solicitors who graze in the lower meadows of "legal" work SCS are quite prepared to send out demanding letters for a few quid.
As I have periodically commented, some years ago the junior HO87's found that shredded DCA letters were ideal hamster bedding and were surprisingly absorbent of all the faeces and urine the little things produced. The letters threatened all manner of unpleasantness whether that was unannounced visits; the obtaining of CCJ's and the kicking-in of the front door by knuckle-dragging bailiffs bent on distraining on my goods. It seems that though I owned the property the staff of the DCA seemed unable to comprehend that ownership does not necessarily mean residence - but that was their problem.
On the basis that likes attract the ability of the shredded letters to take up all of the hamster cr*p was entirely fitting I thought.
Btw - PCS, DRP and Zenith are "sister" companies and you will often find that whilst the names change the signatures are identical. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
