Meanwhile, I can't get a quote here > http://www.cosmos-holidays.co.uk/ < can you fill this is with Florida > Orlando > Walt Disney World with any dates and number of people as I get a not found error too! Grrr.... the internet.

UPDATE: The DLP site is working fine for me, what part do you have a problem at? What browser are you using?

Only when I click to actually go through and get a price. If i click on book a package or to check out the hotels, it comes up with the below message.

Error: unable to load model (file not found?):
    configHotels.xml

Then I found this thread so someone else is having the same problem as me.... just dont know what it is

Hi I would recommend downloading firefox from https://www.getfirefox.com and using that - it is safer than Internet Explorer and is faster as well. That should resolve the problem.
Get back to me if this doesn't work! :)

Has anyone noticed recently whether they still do the late entry cheaper tickets?

They used to do these some years ago, something along the lines of 1/2 price after 4pm.

But I am going back a few years :D

    TIA

I booked a Disneyland Paris trip for myself, my OH, my DS and my DD.

DD appears to have been completely ignored by the reservation......it only says there are three people in my travelling party.

Is this normal? Is it because she is an infant and they ignore infants?

I thought I would try phoning any customer help lines on the e-mail confirmations I got through, but there were no numbers !?!?!?

    Help!

Did you book directly with DLP? Check if their site has contact numbers.
