BBC news site is updated this morning about the tunnel, it's not looking good at the moment.

well when you think back to the last fire, and that was a small fire, the tunnel was closed for 2weeks!

they still havent put out the current fire, so i wouldnt expect to be travelling through the tunnel for a while yet

Hope its not that long this time, Im going MOnday by ferry and if its closed then I can see delays on the ferry too as everyone will be going by ferry instead
