Regularity of Periods After Coming Off the Pill

the first time i came off the pill i only had 2 periods before i fell pregnant. when i came off the pill the second time i didn't even get to have my first proper period as i fell pregnant straight away. this also happened for my third child.0

Did a pregnancy test about two weeks ago...and came on the very next day

Been to the Dr's with DH and awaiting my blood test results. Poor DH has to go and produce a sample at the hospital next week.

am just bout to stop having the depo injection and don't know anyone else who has it to ask.
i know it can take up to 2 years to conceive but how long will it be before i get a period? (roughly)

I was exactly the same as you when I came off the pill. In fact it was 9 months before I even had a period and during that time I had endless pregnancy tests. It took a couple of years for my periods to get into a regular pattern. I spoke to the doctor about this and she assured me it was quite normal. Once I'd had my first child I did not go back on the pill because I did not to go through the same thing again. Don't worry, it's all down to hormones.0
