IMHO, Xperia E1 512Mb RAM is too small .
Pop 2 is 4.5" and looks similar to Moto E/G in terms of specifications. Advantages are a 2-years warranty (1 year for Motorola) and a removable battery (non-removable for Motorola).

The black Motorola is £89 but the white one is £69

Thanks for the tip tho. I may call into Tesco to have a look at the phones.
Plus the white Motorola is pretty much o\s in argos0 -
It's possibly an error at Argos, but the latest Moto E and G ("2nd gen.") have 4g.
The older models didn't have 4g.
Also it says "Android 4.4, KitKat" at Argos that implies older model as Gsmarena says "5.0 (Lollipop)" for the 2nd. gen. E.0 -
Thanks :-)0

Only phone they had unlocked in my local Asda was Samsung s4 mini for £125. A bit more than I was planning to pay but it looked like a nice phone. I may go with that if I don't find anything else. I am going into town tommorow. May look in cpw. Is there anywhere else worth a look at on the high Street.0

Check CPW online first. All their phones are not locked, even PAYG.
Some good deals can be available on PAYG uprgrades if you qualify for this.
For Moto G/E check Tesco. Even if locked, it can be unlocked very cheap.0 -
Have a look at this on Amazon.
My son bought one a few months ago and is delighted with it

I like the moto e., it works as it should do.0

Thank u. I have been on Amazon all evening. Like the Moto E and G. Was looking at Samsung s4 mini. Think I might need to go visit a shop and get a feel for size and weight too.0

Not sure if you have bought one yet but this looks like a great deal, slightly more than you wanted to pay but what a difference in spec compared to others you were looking at.
Battery Life is expected at 2 Days due to 3000mAh battery
Octa-core processor (8x)
2GB Ram 16GB Internal with 64GB expansion available via SD Card
13MP Camera with 5Mp front.

I am booking one tomorrow, atb with your decision. I am already on vodafone sim only so get a great deal with 50% discount. i.e. should pay £20 but only Pay £10 for unlimited texts,Mins & 2GB Data.
These can be unlocked for any network though! small charge applies unfortunately.0
