Great idea But as we needed the shed 2 ft lower than ground level due to water flow from the fish tank I'm not sure we would be able to prove we could move it if asked.0 -
have they served some kind of enforcement notice on you?
All you can do is apply for permission, if that gets knocked back appeal it and keep dragging it out!
If they have removed pd rights it's usually for a reason so can be tricky to get planning permission, but always worth doing (possibly have a word with a local councillor prior to your application going in - can some times work wonders...)This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
