Refund Due while Faulty phone being repaired..

CPW sell their own phones with O2 contracts. If O2 agreed to take the phone 'back', it was either an error or they would simply pass it to the manufacturer, making the repair longer as CPW often do repairs themselves.
Also, from now on you have lost your rights against CPW as a supplier under SoGA and are left with the manufacturer's warranty only that can be as short as 1 year for some phones: Consumer Rights.
CPW cannot pay any 'refund' as it's O2 that charges you. However, CPW can possibly pay some compensation, that is very unlikely - unless you sue them. Good luck with this.0 -
Every now and then another one arrives looking for help but in the end finds they don't want the help because the reality doesn't match the inside of their head, and they then decide they actually know it all and all the other posters are just "arxes".
So many fails in his last 2 posts, hopefully he will enjoy his tilting at windmills and the experience might allow him to garner some real knowledge of how it actually works.====0 -

Completely agree, once people realise the way the thread is developing why don't they just ignore the numpty instead of feeding his bile.0 -

Gosh, it never ceases to amaze me just how many illiterate know-it-alls come on here to rant and then get nasty when they receive advice based on the law. They'd rather jump on something someone told them (not a solicitor but probably just a normal customer services advisor trying to get rid of them) and pronounce they know the law despite displaying a complete ignorance of it.
Give us the court date so we can observe the comedy performance (unless you get lucky and CPW pay you something to get rid of you, which is very doubtful).0
