You need to purchase an indoor ariel

Bear in mind, that the page that tells you that you will receive all the channels, presumes you have an outside ariel.

Who wants to use washing detergent outside?

Lucky they weren't talking about the Arial font, either!
As you know, they all meant TV aerial.

Perhaps they should all have a spell in the penitentiary?! :)

As your profile says you stay in the Falkirk area, the two transmitters are Craigkelly in Fife or Black Hill (aka Shotts)... A prediction I did for one of the post offices suggests Craigkelly would be slightly better than Black Hill as Black Hill reception is by diffraction over the hills.

The outlook from the room you have toward the transmitter(s) is important as is the sort of building (some materials stop radio waves rather too well). That info is important. It may also be relevant if you are renting or own the building, intend staying long or are only there short-term.

Check with near neighbours what they use to get TV... Googling streetview shows large outside aerials in use in Falkirk which suggest things may not be as simple as using a set-top aka room aerial?
