Just sent this email to 3 mobile what do you guys think my chances are?

When I signed up for 3 mobile I was supposed to receive a £30 credit for being recommended in the 3rd month, I never received it and after riniging c/s I was told I would receive it in June , I never received it then and was told I would receive it in July but in july I received my August bill which did not have the credit on , I rang again and was told it would be credited to my account but I would still have to pay the August bill,I refused to pay the August bill as I should be in credit and said I would cancel my direct debit with 3mobile then was told that as the £30 was credited to my account when the money was due to come out on the 10th August it would be in credit and no money would be taken out, but I have just checked my account and the full bill has been taken out , I rang customer services who were very unhelpfull and informed them that I will be cancelling my direct debit and billing 3 mobile £25 for unauthorised removal of money from my account and that the direct debit will not be reinstated until I have received this amount , please feel free to contact me asap to sort this matter out otherwise I feel I will have to terminate my contract.

3 will bill you regardless, your £30 referral is nothing to do with your contract.

You will have a blemish on your credit record for 6 years for the sake of £30.

As Saint mentioned it would be better to pay your line rental regardless of the RAF, you just need to pester them a little. Technically you should get it after the recommend person (either you or someone else) has been connected for 60 days, so 2 months... but to be on the safe side it is wise to allow 3 months. One you have waited that long then it would be fair to kick up a fuss.
Saw my RAF on my third statement after nagging them, I recently recommended someone and got a text message from three saying it would be applied to my account in 60 days, the new RAF system seems to have ironed out some of the teething problems they had previously.
