i used to sell computer disc software at a market... all £1 each.

    We often got asked:

"How much are your £1 discs?"

Out of interest, how much were they?

So far I've had 2 questions from separate people asking "Will it fit in my car?".

Of course it will fit, just break it up into smaller pieces. ;)

"Have you got a buy it now price?" on an auction item with no buy-it-now price.

Perfectly sensible question I would have thought ?
Different sports require different sized/shaped goal posts

This ^ Regularly, even though I state more than once in my listings that I don't have a BIN price if there isn't one in the listing.

I was selling a collection only wardrobe. Potential buyer asked me if I'd consider posting it to her, wrapped in cling film (Presumably she meant the wardrobe, not that she'd be signing for it dressed solely in cling film  ).

    :)

Many years ago, I used to work in a call centre for a High Street store.
We were able to to tell customers where they could locate the garment/soft furnishing they were searching for, in any of our stores across the UK.
So after keying in the items code & the stock list appeared - you would then ask the caller where there where calling from?
To try & get a store in their vicinity

    The answer would be "home"

    :)
