Stupid questions from ebay users

I'm currently selling a piece of furniture on fleabay on the basis of collection only. I've put loads of photos, detailed description and most importantly lots of measurements. Length, width, height and every other measurement I can think of.
So far I've had 2 questions from separate people asking "Will it fit in my car?".
Apart from pointing out that I don't know what sort of car they've got and politely asking whether or not they know how to use a tape measure, it's hard to know what to say to people like this.
Unbelievable.

I get questions all the time which, if they read the item description, they would know the answer to.

We used to sell die cast models. Mainly Corgi etc. I've been asked if a car is a manual or automatic! It was listed in the correct section. When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0

We sold a box trailer and someone asked if he would be able to stand up in it. .... Depends how tall you are was our reply!0

Despite clearly stating in every listing that people can't collect things from me, I still regularly get asked when things can be collected."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

The theme is that it isn't an Ebay thing or even a British thing, it's a people thing, they're often stupid, sadly, myself included on occasion..0
