    Hi visidigi,

For further help with the problems you're experiencing, follow the troubleshooting steps on our eForum.

These are in the 'Network issues - initial checks and template' thread, which can be found in the 'Network queries' section.

Due to the forum rules which company representatives have to follow, I'm unable to link you to them directly.

    Kind regards,

    Lee

I would personally avoid Vodafone for a number of reasons, and recommend other people to do the same.

If you are a Vodafone customer you are very likely to experience issues with number porting, poor customer support, poor network performance and possible billing issues.

When looking at other networks I would also advise checking if it is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that runs on the Vodafone network. If the network you are looking at is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that runs on the Vodafone network, then you are also likely to experience the issues mentioned above.

I've no idea what retention offers on Three are like. Ring and ask for your PAC - tell them what you can get elsewhere and see what happens. Failing that I would go with Vodafone if you are getting a good deal .. if the worst happens come back here and see what the web relations team can do ... after that there is always the ombudsman (been there, won that!)

well the retention's deals at three are none existent, its a case of whats on the website for new customers is what you get offered, so i have my pac as they really aren't the most competitive any longer for my usage at least, still trying to make my mind up, but had a few other things kick off in my life so very glad the pac lasts 30 days

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)
