a) Cash

A cheque for £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

b) Holiday

The Prize includes a seven-night trip for the winner and up to three companions to the Maldives (the “Holiday”) including:

· return economy flights from Heathrow Airport or Manchester Airport (at the winner’s choice, subject to availability) to Mal! International Airport;

· return transfers by seaplane from Mal! International Airport to Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa (Dhonakulhi, Maldives);
seven nights’ accommodation at Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa based on four people sharing a two-bedroom Ocean Suite with a pool (or equivalent alternative accommodation in a beach residence at Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa if any of the companion(s) are aged 12 years or under). Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes;

• meals on a half-board basis (excluding alcohol) including one dinner for up to four people served on the beach. Breakfast is available at Sunset Pool Caf! or Mathefaaru Restaurant. Dinner is available at Sunset Pool Caf!, Mathefaaru Restaurant or Meeru Bar;
• a 60-minute spa treatment for two people;
• a one-hour sunset cruise excursion for up to four people; and
• use of snorkelling equipment for up to four people during the trip.

The Holiday is subject to availability and must be booked and taken up by no later than 31 July 2016. Travel must take place between 1 August 2015 and 31 July 2016. The Holiday cannot be taken between 15 December 2015 and 15 January 2016 (inclusive).

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the Maldives. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.

It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling part adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the Holiday, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the visa entry requirements to the Maldives. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companions to adhere to the local laws in the Maldives.

This element of the Prize excludes ground transport between the London airport and the winner’s (and/or their companions’) home address, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, travel insurance and visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the Holiday.

There is no cash alternative and the Prize, including any flights and accommodation, is non-changeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Once booked the Prize cannot be amended or altered. There is no cash alternative. All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time.


c) DVD/Blu-Ray

A copy of ‘The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel’ on DVD and Blu-Ray, including delivery to the winner’s home address. The Prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the Prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer/supplier as relevant.
