Paying for freehold with money transfer card?

Hi, I wanted advice. I need to buy the freehold to my flat, so that I can then sell the flat at a better price. I have some of the money to buy the freehold, but need a further £10,000.
Can I get 2 money transfer cards, hopefully at a rate of 1.7% for 24mths and borrow the £10,000 on these & then pay it back within the 24mths, when I have sold the flat?
Thanks

In theory, yes.
Are you likely to get a CC with a 5k limit at opening though, let alone two in quick succession?0
