    Well another person here Refused!

    (Havant Store)

Got the whole "We dont take photocopies" I stated they were off the Internet, she said yeah we dont take photocopies - no you dumb !!!!! there off the printer, from the Internet. She was having none of it. They would not scan. She went away to check and was told that they can only be used online. I said head office said they are okay but it was my word against hers... gave up in the end and asked her to take the Toilet Rolls off my shopping...

    Oh well...

I used to get this all the time with Asda, and it varied from shop to shop, I now carry a letter from head office with my vouchers and show it whenever they look like they might start refusing (looking at the front and back a few times) no problems at all with this so far.
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.

I also found that the Velvet wasn't on BOGOF at Tesco today - maybe the BOGOF offer is finished? They did have a very big gap where there should have been '12 for the price of 9' packs at £3.46 but not a single one in sight

They had the 12 for the price of 9 in Dudley but not on BOGOFF, however the asstistant showed me around to the BOGOFF offer at the end of another aisle and there were loads there, but only the champagne colour.

When I got to the till she had to get the supervisor, they only accepted one of the £1 vouchers. Still 18 rolls for £2.46 not bad and I didnt feel like asking why the 12 for 9 was not on the BOGOFF offer as they were the same price, just on a different shelf, because they were so ploite. I guess if someone has the energy you might get them to give you the 12 for 9 on a BOGOFF if the gueue behind was busy as well as the £2 for the two packs, 24 rolls for £1.46 to get rid of you ... is that a challenge?

I think they must have had some sort of memo cos she said they have to be careful now as they now get lots of people trying to give them money off vouchers??. Maybe they think we should just collect them rather than use them.

Well, they will get some more now as I gave some spare ones to people at work. LOL

The BOGOF ends on 17.5.05 it didn't apply to the 12 for 9 packs just the ordinary 9 pack

Well, off I went to my local Tesco armed with some vouchers last night(without a bardcode because my damn printer would not print them). The offer looks as though it runs (sorry no pun intended) until the 17/05/05, because it was on a yellow promotional sticker for the Velvet loo rolls.
Anyway, got to the till, and when i told the cashier i had these vouchers but they had no stock, she said no problem, i can still accept one anyway. Would not take more than one off me though. So i got a quid off my other shopping.

So, if theyre out of stock, tell them you missed out, and whip out that voucher, something is better than nothing.
