If my current role is to be made redundant, and i've been unsuccessful in my selection pool, do the company have to give me my redundancy notice after they've tried for 30 days to find a suitable alternative job for me?

You will have to check the 30 day with HR to see if that is the policy but if there is no job for you then I would say yes if after the 30 days they try to find a role for you they then will give you your redundancy finish date.
