Nononono! Email the Head Office of Morrisons, not the branch! They cancel these all the time! It's obvious how to find how to contact Morrisons by email so I'm not showing a linky.

And you will need to respond to the LBCCC urgently to avoid a court claim arriving before Morrisons have sorted it.

If all else fails, go to court, look the judge straight in the eye and say "Sir/Madam, I do not come here to lie to you, this is what happened".

If you are disabled go in a wheel chair, if a member of the Services go in uniform, if in Holy Orders ...
