    # 1: 'legal fraud '???????????

............and have a little smile when you realise what's wrong with that, op.

You'll de fine if you follow the advice. Come up for air every so often: there's a lot to take in, but everyone here started as you are now - and didn't pay parking lie or anyone else.

complain direct to David Potts , CEO , and to Benjamin Kargans of Morrisons Head Office too, 0345 611 6111 , insist on a cancellation, otherwise its pointless them playing "BABY COME BACK" on their telly adverts !!!

if they want customers to "come back" they need to treat their customers like they would do to Eddy Grant " , lets all be the EQUALS !!

otherwise, tell them you will be playing "I dont wanna dance , dance with you baby no more!"

AND NAME THAT DRIVER IF YOU HAVE TO , ASAP , SO THEY WILL HAVE TO START AGAIN, THEN THE DRIVER CAN COME HERE FOR HELP WITH THEIR APPEAL AND POPLA

    good luck

Thanks for making me laugh Redx! :)

I emailed 'the parking lot' today with the details of the driver. I'll post the hard copy tomorrow. I didn't write that I never received the original parking charge notice. Is it worth putting that on the hard copy or is that neither here nor there?

    Thanks

It doesn't hurt to put it in. Make sure you get free proof of postin from a post office when you snail mail anything.

Unfortunately Stratford is quite far from me so I haven't gone there. I phoned again and requested to speak to the branch manager because Abul lied to me (my exact words). I spoke with the branch manager who asked me to send him the letter and that he would contact parking eye to try and resolve it.

He sounded genuine but I'm not taking any chances - I emailed parking eye giving them the driver details and will post the letter to them tomorrow.

While you should eb applying plenty pf pressure with morrisons, dont take your eye off the ball with parking eye.
If you can access facebook, then it may be useful to publicise your problems there as well (and anywhere else that you can )

Its usually much better to pop in in person, but this isnt always possible - if I was in your situation i would be tempted to leave my car in the entrance to the car park, walk in, tell them that I had parked blocking the store entrance as I didnt want to pass the Parking eye cameras and hopefuly they will resolve the issue soon so that i could reverse out and unblock the entrance.

make copies of the letter, dont mail it and have nothing to show or refer to in the future

so photocopy it, scan it , whatever, but dont give it away and have no paperwork , tell that branch manager that if its not sorted out your next letter will go to DAVID POTTS at head office where ABUL will also be named too

tell them you are "Living on the Frontline" at the moment ;)
