    NEW Update today:
As the college stop me go to college anymore, and no organizations can help me with my issue. I decided to bring the college to Small claims court. As the website suggests that I have to give the college a notice before go to court. I use the sample letter in the “moneysavingexpert” website write a final letter to the college.

After they saw the final letter, they are now offering me 13 weeks free course at no additional cost instead of 16 weeks free course (even they agreed at the beginning for 16 weeks)

    Should I take the offer?

If it is a similar course that can completed within 13 weeks instead of 16 weeks then it may be worth accepting the offer.

I haven't read through all of the posts here, but am not sure if either of these 2 organisations can help you.

One is the British Council, who's guidelines are followed by the reputable English language schools in the Uk. http://www.britishcouncil.org/english

The other one again has guidelines that all reputable English Language schools will adhere to & be a member of. http://www.ablsaccreditation.co.uk/

Unfortunately there are hundreds of English Language schools in London, many of them being next to useless & only interested in getting money from students. There are probably less than 10 that are fully reputable & with very high standards. They might cost a little more than some of the not so reputable ones, but you will receive a higher level of care & facilities to enable you to improve your English during your stay.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

You've clearly got them worried. I would take this on a "first offer" basis and put in a counter offer.
  • Dear Tinge, I was a business student at south chelsea international college and I understand the frustration and anger they inflicted on us all foreign students. They would bully ad frustrate us students with fee payments evry single month and would not adhere to their own set rules.Any student that tried to challenge them ad accuse them of misleading students they would threaten to report them to the home office. From the principle Charles Heil and Administrator lady by the name Madonna. They wre both bad as each other. The principle Mr Charles Heil refused to speak to any student ad his( side kick) Madonna would abuse and embarass students infront of other staff members and no one would support us.Most students felt trapped as they would refuse to give u a CAS letter if u wanted to leave or they wuld delay ur ref on purpose so that you could not leave the college. As hardworking students we just wanted to get a good education and could not understand why this mean people from South chelsea international college would not help us even aftr paying so much money.I challenged them a couple times they did not like it ad refused me to attend classes but am happy I was brave enough to do it.

The clue is in the name: calling yourself 'South Chelsea College' when you are based in Brixton doesn't say a lot for your academic credentials.
