THANK YOU again, i did phone UKCISA, they told me they feel sorry for me, but they don't give advice about my issue. My visa is last to November, but I got no course to complete with.

According the college:"Please find attached a new quote for 24 SEMI INTENSIVE weeks (there're 4 free months included in the total price so your will attend 10 months in total but we just charge her just for 6 month)",they explained so well in e-mail. so I paid what they asked.

Do you still have that email? Can you possibly copy and paste the main body of it (removing any personal details of yours)?

How did you pay for the course? By cash? Cheque? Credit or debit card?

If they agreed x total price for 10 months, then they're in breach by not supplying it - regardless whether they made an error or not. An error would only invalidate a contract on limited grounds (such as if there was an pricing error that should have been obvious to you).

However if you agreed another price and they have mistakenly told you that its paid in full, then thats a different matter and its very likely that you'll still owe them the 4 months. However you always ask if you can pay it in instalments, since it was their error (no entitlement to this but its a reasonable request).

I also think their T&C's and business practices would need to be very cautious. The unfair trading regulations make it an offence to mislead consumers (either by action or omission) - there is also consideration given for what the average consumer is (such as the average targeted consumer). Basically this course is targeting non-english speakers and they obviously have a greater vulnerability when it comes to potentially being mislead when communications are conducted in english.

The National Union of students is a confederation of local student unions.

You can upload it to an image hosting service (like photobucket, tinypic etc) and then post the link in your post (as a new user, you might need to remove the http://www. at the start or break it up so its like www. photobucket .com).

If the emails arent very long though, I would just copy and paste it directly (rather than taking a screenshot, uploading to hosting service and pasting the link).

Just a reminder from unholyangels previous post, if doing a copy and paste, dont forget to delete out your name, address, email address etc before posting. Similar with uploading to photobucket, take out any identifying details.
