insurance seem happy with 50/50 but im not

    You have a duty to mitigate your own losses - if that includes renting a van, you rent a van and keep the receipt.

    If your three weeks were off because of injury, then - yes - it's claimable.

    im not trying to fall anyone hobbling about asking for extra time off work and all that crap dodgy neck braces lol

    but have a filling as goggle is so good im against a scam pro, 6 companies active at mo, 29 been registered at address in last 5 years, hse report for guy falling off roof, o the joys of knowing im about to get a right royle sc.......w with no lub

    Whether he claims for injury or not, whether that injury is legitimate or not, makes no difference whatsoever to the outcome of your claim or if/how your future insurance premiums will be affected.
