Thanks for the help already given, I emailed The Sun contact form who (as you predicted) have referred me to the 'no refund' clause and lists the dates which you found in the brochure. It must be a website glitch. I will try Camber Sands.

I've checked some confirmation emails from the Sun and not all do have the service/entertainment charges listed but at least one of them does.0 -

I know this is late and you may have already asked, but have you tried speaking to the park itself. Some do offer dog friendly accommodation but it's a charge that the park then makes and not via the sun hols promo. We recently had a sun hol and on our arrival were asked if we had a dog, upon further discussion they informed us that we could have arranged it via them.0 -

I've opened a new window to try it too. I have no idea what I've done to it!!
Maybe it is because with my email address we have been on a holiday within in 2 years but I wasn't sent a priority code. 4
It's too good of a deal to miss out on!

What problem are you encountering? Are you getting an error message?
As long as you go to https://www.sunbookonline.co.uk and not any other sites, you should be able to book without any issues.0 -
