Yayyyy got my first choice for Oct half term.

Going to Whitley Bay. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea and it wouldn't ideally have been where I would have gone but I'm sooooo excited.....
My eldest is up in Newcastle at Uni and we only see him a couple of times a year as we are in Northampton and doing a 500 mile round trip in a day is just too much, and for 5 of us to stay in a hotel even a premier inn costs over £100 a night let alone the cost of petrol.

So this way I get to see him for 4 days and the kids get an added break away so it's all good.

Now off to bed. Can't wait to text Josh in the morning to tell him we're coming to visit :j:j:j:j:T

I might just book direct... there was one place cheaper than sun but it was my last choice... cant be bothered to stay up much longer

But I already booked it with daily mail the other week , so was testing it out to see if I could get Butlins , I couldn't but got haven so posted picture of it saying yes I can have it
