Best tariff for talking and a few texts

Hi, my mobile contract will be up end of September and I've looked around at various deals and become extremely confused with what's on offer.

I'm currently with Virgin mobile paying £25 per month for 300 minutes and 300 texts but rarely use even 100 texts so want a more suitable tariff for the same price or cheaper but Virgin don't adapt their bundles beyond their advertised bundles.

Ideally, I'd want at least 400 minutes and 100 texts for £20-25 with a new handset. Does anyone know of such a tariff and where to find details/offers? Please note, I don't want to consider any offers which include cashback/chequeback arrangements.
