Morrison's match and more IT glitch

I've had a Morrison's match and more card since October last year. Almost immediately after registering it, I changed my preferences to receiving vouchers that can be used online. Except I have never received any voucher codes, the staff at their online shopping helpline don't have a clue even though option one is specifically for enquiries about match and more! Anyway they finally gave me today head office's number they looked into it and said I had been constantly changing the settings from online to instore vouchers, even though I had not. They said that is what their system showed, and consequently the setting had been set permanently to instore vouchers until a couple of weeks ago when I called their helpline regarding some mouldy bread and somehow the staff member on the phone is recorded on the system as changing it back to online vouchers even though we didn't even discuss match and more during that call.
It appears that everytime I log in to match and more or even when their staff check their systems when I call them regarding other customer service issues, it changes the settings from online vouchers to instore and back again. Everytime I log in it does say 'your settings have been changed' as soon as it logs in. Morrison's won't accept this is possible though and kept saying I must've been logging in myself and kept changing the settings back and forth for some unfathomable reason and that staff member must've changed the settings back two weeks ago and I must've asked him to but have just forgot. The way the lady on the phone described it I would have been changing the settings back and forth at a rate not even possible for humans and up to ten times a website visit yet they still insist its me.
I have been told the only way to get my old vouchers is to go into their store which is pretty far from me hence my reason for wanting online vouchers, and all the outstanding vouchers will be printed at the till-£50 worth it seems-then I have to go to the instore customer services desk, get them to call head office while I'm standing there and who knows if the staff I spoke to will be available at that time and if not if they wrote an accurate detailed account of what has happened in the notes, then head office are meant to put the points back on my card, then head office will email me one voucher with the whole value of all my previous vouchers on it. Apparently this is the only way they can do it.
Has anyone else had this problem or am I the only lucky one?
Anyway if you've signed up to Match and More vouchers being delivered online and you aren't getting them then the above is a possibility as to why.

Does the Morrisons web page even allow you too do this?
If so, is it being randomly set when you log on then saving that setting?I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.0 -
Yes the match and more tab of the site does have a section to change that setting, but it seems it has been getting changed just when logging onto the match and more section in general and also when staff have checked my general online shopping account when calling about unrelated issues. Morrisons just wont accept this at all though. Xx0
