I'm currently considering switching from Tesco BB to one o BT's Total BB packages to enable me to take advantage of BT Vision (with Total Sport package).
I would appreciate anyones views currently sing this service.
Also I have a question, regarding the home hub and phone. I have been offered my friends unused home hub and phone for free. is it taking him up on the offer and informing BT i alreadt have one and negotiate a discount?

Hello,
BT is pretty much giving away the Homehub and Hubphone free these days. Also if you're lucky, they may waive the £60 installation fee of the V-Box (the box you also need to watch BT Vision) and the £30 connection charge.
All sounds pretty good, but please let me clarify that the Sports package may not be what you think? I've just had a look and although they are showing the Arsenal v Fulham match from 11th August, the rest are what they refer to "classic" matches. It should be obvious what that means. Is that really what you want?
I'm wondering if you're confusing the Sports package for the Setanta option? BT offer that as well, but will send you a card to view it. I think that it's £9.99 per month and bear in mind that there may be a delay in watching a match. i.e, you'll get to see a match 4 or 5 hours after it's finished. Oh yeah, I'm referring to the Barclays Premier League here.
I believe that some matches will be live though, but these would be chosen by Setanta?
On BT Sports, there's also Tennis (or at least a Tennis documentary) and Golf (Faldo's Fixes and Faldo's Tips and Drills).
Hope that helps.0 -
Ive got it and it's great. Ive just aquired the Setanta Sports package and it gives lots of live matches from England and some European domestic leagues.
And anyway its free! (apart from the Sports package).0
