Hopefully I am in the correct area..

I have recently purchased an Apple iPad Air2 and a Targus iPad Air case for protection.

My question is, when taking pictures or videos I find it rather difficult to hold the iPad safely during this operation and I was wondering if there was a safe and reliable holder to fit this iPad.

I looked online at several holder but could not decide which one was the best to buy.

I would appreciate anyone's help please for thid OAP.

king regards.

  • Both myself and my daughter have simple Belkin cases similar to yours and don't really find any problems, iPads and tablets in general were never designed to replace a camera so there's always going to be a compromise, they are easier to use in landscape rather than portrait, if you really need to take a picture in portrait, then temporarily take it out of the case.

  • Hey guys! Just wondering, I bought a product from Apple using Apple finance thinking it would be leaving my bank through direct debt each month, I've received no payments for the past few months and starting to worry that I've misunderstood and should be paying for the product in another way, I've received nothing through the post telling me I should be paying in a certain way and received no info with the product, cheers

You have asked the same Q in 4 different posts. I have answered it once.

Bertie - Do you also have an iPhone? The reason I ask is that the iPhones have a much better camera than the ones in the iPad. You might find it easier to use the iPhone to take the photos. You can then transfer them across automatically using photostream.

Thanks for your input. No I do not have an iPhone I'm afraid, I bought this Air2 to be able to follow the news etc. I find that I have a little difficulty in holding the iPad in a secure manner at the moment and fear dropping it.

Do you know you can start the video or take a picture with the volume button?

I find it easier to keep a proper grip whilst hitter the volume button than searching around for the touch screen button.

Thank you for your info' which certainly helps to grip the iPad better.

I think that I have become so used to have a wrist band on my compact camera and now I feel rather insecure when I am outside of buildings, not as easy when you are nearing 80 years old.

    Kind regards...

I would, too. I wouldn't be advertising an iPad by holding it up in the air. Any passer by could snatch it and run off with it. I use an ordinary camera. The images are much better anyway.

That is my fear exactly, thanks...
