Like recent judges decisions in 'test cases' or even 'highly persuasive' cases?
Think I'm up to speed anyway. Looks like J2 paying out on 2 year + old cases is the most recent news/change.

Yes, god knows what made them do a U-turn, I think with the Courts and even the CAA against them, looks like they've finally seen sense.
Such a shame they have wasted hundreds of thousands in legal fees, their behaviour has been deplorable, let's hope finally we'll get fewer delays and swift compensation when the inevitable fleet of Jet2 stock fail.

Haven't been on for a month so don't know of any new cases hitting the courts.
I think the van der lars case has pretty much ended all the excuses now. Just a matter of ping pong until your patience runs out.
