Because Moben are in my opinion a total nightmare to deal with after you have paid for your kitchen (up front I might add ) there's no or little customer service and your be very heartbroken.
Heres a Moben Kitchen or bits of it slung in the garage while Moben made several attempts to fit it.

Having never bough a kitchen before we had a look around and popped into Moben. Saw a kitchen we liked and enquired about prices.
We were told by the saleswoman that they dont give out prices as all kitchens are different etc etc and they could arrange a free, no obligation quote.
We booked in and were given a brochure. A couple of hours later, they called saying they had a cancellation tomorrow (Sunday) and did we want that?
The "Kitchen Designer" arrived early, which was good. And that was where it all started to go downhill.
We told him what we were after. He re arranged everything.
We told him what doors we wanted. He offered us everything but.
We asked about prices. He said he'd tell us at the end.
We told him that price was an issue when choosing things like handles, worktops. He didnt listen, telling us that he wanted us to have our ideal kitchen, and price shouldnt have a part in deciding that!
Anyhoo, an hour and a half later he had come up with our (his?!?!?!!?) ideal kitchen.
He asked us to guess the price, which we found odd for a quote when we'd told him that we'd never looked or bought kitchens before.
So we did. £8k.
he said oh. asked whether we were serious.
we said yes.
he looked blank, said its £11.5k. but if we took the account option with GE (alarm bells going off now!!) we could get 20% off, even with the hefty APR of the finance (his words!)
we told him that we couldnt stretch that far, and actually were a few grand short of what he had quoted.
Again he said "are you serious?" only this time follwed "You have wasted and hour and a half of my time. I might as well shut up and go now!"
so we stood up and showed him the door.
we couldnt believe it, being treated like that in our own home.
he'd ignored everything we'd said and then blamed us for wasting his time.
grrrr!
anyway, we phoned the store up today and complained about him.
they were really sympathetic and apologetic and couldnt apologise enough.

We've always had MFI kitchens and they've always been very good, and very cheap.
Like DFS they always seem to be having a sale. The money, Dave...0 -

This is what my brother did. Quality is excellent, and if you get a local tradesman through recommendation, you know you are going to get an efficient service in that respect too.Gone ... or have I?0
