You can keep W10, but you have to keep updating it to the latest beta versions.

They're not giving away full versions, so it seems.

People will just find a way past the copy protection though, like always.

I actually have no problems with trying out newer "beta" versions , HOWEVER I am not happy that each time this upgrade happens I will have to copy all my files/data to another drive , and effectively do a full install ,

It takes time to get a PC "comfy" and set up with all your favourite's/links and passwords sorted , and although it won,t affect me , I can see problems for people having to re install some programs , and the MFG think they are running them on multiple platforms

With the greatest respect you should not be using beta software on a system you consider a day to day workhorse. Beta software can and does occasionally go wrong leaving you with a completely botched system and a full wipe is the only option. Data on the system could be irreparably lost.

By all means use try Beta software, just treat it as fragile and consider it could break any moment.

nice comment , however Microsoft say that the version you will be given (as a tester) will be identical to the finished item sold or given as an update , it is MS that are then forcing people to try out "beta" versions , when the 29/7 copy is perfect

Microsoft is "forcing" people who voluntary signed up for the Insider beta testing programme to try out beta versions. Not a big deal, really.
    the 29/7 copy is perfect
Can I borrow your crystal ball? Since you can predict the future, can you also tell me the lottery numbers for 29/7?
