five times in July I was at BHX Birmingham airport and every time I was there the APCOA camera van was parked up opposite the ibis hotel with the lens fully erected and pointing at the lay-by. they must be PCN ing everybody who uses the lay-by ?

I'd follow hoohoo's advice while you're waiting to see what APCOA does, because the BPA might well rattle their cage which can often result in the PPC cancelling.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
