well its been 35 days since the letter of appeal was posted back to APCOA. nothing has been sent back from them. does this mean they are not taking it further or can the driver still get a surprise ?.

five times in July I was at BHX Birmingham airport and every time I was there the APCOA camera van was parked up opposite the ibis hotel with the lens fully erected and pointing at the lay-by. they must be PCN ing everybody who uses the lay-by ?

Email aos@britishparking.co.uk to complain they have not replied to either cancel or issue a POPLA code. Include a copy of your letter.

I'd follow hoohoo's advice while you're waiting to see what APCOA does, because the BPA might well rattle their cage which can often result in the PPC cancelling.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
