the tenant will still have a tenancy so in the sense the term tenancy was used here it would not be the end, no one was arguing that the form of tenancy would be renamed.0 -

The end of the term is the end of a fixed term tenancy.
And no, the tenancy is not renamed either.
A lot of issues arise because people do not understand the basics and what words mean.0
