I have used the site above many times and sometimes the post man puts my full name on sometimes not again with the address full not full

Thanks, it is all sorted now she has managed to convince them that the item is hers. I think the person she first spoke to at the delivery office was a bit of a jobsworth.

More to the point,why is it a hassle to have ID?
For 99% of people its a simple a case of showing a bank card.0 -
Our sorting office never used to accept bank cards as ID until a few years ago.
This was very annoying.0 -
