Help

We purchased our very expensive formula one tickets in january only to discover today that reming tickets are eing offered with a 44%discount. I have checked the terms ans conditions on our tickets and there is no mention of any sales on the tickets. Have they broken any of our statutary rights ???

Help please

    No. they have not.

It appears that you bought something in January and now it is being sold at a different price. There is nothing wrong with that.

Shall I ask the question that has usually appeared by now or should I leave it to someone else?

    No.
The question that has normally been asked by this time is:
If you discovered today that the tickets you purchased were now being sold for 44% more than you paid in January, would you be asking for advice on how best to pay the extra money to the company that sold them to you?

Formula 1 courses are massive with some vastly different seating positions. Are the tickets with the massive discount comparable with the seats you have bought?

All you can hope for is a goodwill gesture so I would email your disappointment and if you're lucky they may throw in some extras to make up for it.

The tickets that are discounted were originally more expensive with regards to view of the track it seems our tickets which have reatriced view are more expensive than the others

We have spoken to silverstone tonight and are looking into our situation we nay get nothing but as a family of 4 where it costs nearly 2 grand for the weekend and we fo every year we feel sligjtly aggreaved they are calling us back on monday even a gift voucher to use at the track would be nice

    Not being funny but:

    1. If you rung them "tonight" then bear in mind it is a Friday, and they will either be closed on Saturday/Sunday or have a limited service on weekends (consisting of people who aren't in the position to make such a decision). Monday is reasonable.

    2. You were happy paying nearly 2 grand, as a family of 4, in the first place.

So just chill on the "aggreaved" feelings! You've set it in motion and soon you will know of the outcome. Nothing 'lost' if they decline your request (you aren't entitled to it btw).

But you thought they were worth the price you paid. What exactly are you aggrieved about?
