That would be old news and partly irrelevant because POPLA has changed service provider. Why not just read the sticky threads; that's why they are at the top of the forum:
'POPLA DECISIONS' (obviously read from the last post backwards, not posts from 2012...)
and
'NEWBIES READ THIS FIRST'.
Use the FORUM JUMP on the right of this page to get there, click 'GO' and you see the stickies at the top and all today's threads, not months old stuff.

(ANPR capture 15min overstay at car park) my appeal was rejected by parking eye so I am now in the process of filing to POPLA, is there any point if it is going to be adjourned, re:- the Beavis case which overflows the pages of my rejection letter. I have since been to the car park to take photo's of the signs, which are all around 7ft high the only sign I found low enough for me to read the small print has the bottom right corner broken off so I could not read all the conditions and the £100 charge now shows as £1. quite funny really as that is much fairer charge for 15min. I will add the photo when I can figure out how to. any advice will be greatly appreciated. Yeah I started my first thread :T I now have 12 days left to file POPLA
Hi, who says the APNR IS CORRECT ??? These cameras take your picture on entry and exit. They do not allow for time spent actually looking for a car parking space, especially in very busy times.
Unlike speed cameras on the roads, they have to be precise, who knows if APNR are ???
If you were shopping in a supermarket car park, contact the supermarket with your receipt, they have 3 alternatives,
1: cancel the ticket
2: pay the ticket on your behalf
3: lose you as a customer
I am having a dash-cam installed in my car. Perfect for videoing what is happening within the car park. Once the car is parked, if anyone goes near it, the dash-cam activates. We can all play the game of cameras.
ONE GOOD REASON

Well! I sent my further evidence and rebuttal to Wright Hassall on 14th and they have not even had the courtesy to confirm receipt. I also managed to add that Parking lies ANPR and signs did not have planning permission, and that they have only just applied for retrospective planning permission. That should kill it, the signs and ANPR were unlawful.0

I doubt that will kill it and have zero faith in WH.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi coupon-mad, I can only hope, their evidence pack just bleated on and on about their beavis triumph and did not provide any of the proof I had asked for, I was able to rebut all points, keep a friendly eye open for my request for help with a court appeal.:):eek:0

Try a complaint to the Head Office of Halfords (because they have cancelled PCNs before) and word it strongly along these lines:

Or put some sort of complaint up on the Facebook pages of Halfords etc., try to get one or other retailer to cancel it like Aldi did in the link.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
