Parking eye appeal rejected

Hi all, newbie here, I have followed all the advice and used the appeal template for PCN from parking eye. (ANPR capture 15min overstay at car park) my appeal was rejected by parking eye so I am now in the process of filing to POPLA, is there any point if it is going to be adjourned, re:- the Beavis case which overflows the pages of my rejection letter. I have since been to the car park to take photo's of the signs, which are all around 7ft high the only sign I found low enough for me to read the small print has the bottom right corner broken off so I could not read all the conditions and the £100 charge now shows as £1. quite funny really as that is much fairer charge for 15min. I will add the photo when I can figure out how to. any advice will be greatly appreciated. Yeah I started my first thread :T I now have 12 days left to file POPLA

Make GPEoL your last point in your POPLA appeal instead of your first. That way POPLA will see other winning reasons to assess the appeal rather than postpone it.
No standing (Locus Standii) appears to be the current favourite winning point.

no , it has to be hosted on another site and then linked from here
new users have to edit the link to make it a dead link
like putting hxxp instead of http
you would get the same error message no matter where you put it, because you are not allowed to post live links0 -
Thankyou Redx, don't think I will be posting any photo's then0

Should the Parking Charge Notice actually state that it is a Notice to Keeper or is it enough that a small paragraph that say's I can pass the notice to the driver enough? (ANPR capture)0

The Beavis case is being appealed and should not be quoted as Law by PE, they know that, and their have been complaints to the SRA about it.
In any case, it only referred to very specific circumstances. If those did not exactly match yours, then they are on shifting ground. It has to be a free car park, with no facility to pay for extra time, and PE have to have an interest in the land. In the case of Beavis, they were paying BA Pensions £30,000 a year to farm the land. Also, Mr Beavis overstayed by considerably longer, so rebut Beavis strenuously. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Quick question regarding method of making the POPLA, if done on line is there a word limit as my appeal will be quite lengthy, and is it easy to include photo's online as evidence? Or should I send in paper form registered post, or email, any advice greatly appreciated0
