If you get cut off before a decent offer is made your recordings will still be in your boxes when you sign up again so you have nothing to lose.
If you are in a VM area you may well get offered 60% off TV for a year and £100 credit so its worth holding out.0 -

We cancelled Sky for Now TV and Freesat a couple of months back and that is what they have just offered. Not interested right now and would want a free box as old one was unreliable. When we called to cancel they didn't try to negotiate or make any offers and just said 'it will go off in a month' and it did.0 -
The 60% deal is fairly standard now for Sky.0

just of the phone to sky and now have the same package for £90 a month for 12 months. I know it is not as big a saving as 60% that a lot of people are getting but a saving of £457.80 a year is good for me0

I'm not even in a VM area and they offered me 60% and £50 credit, and as I only have the Family Bundle I'll be paying £14.50 a month, with the first 4 and a bit months free!Looking ahead0
