My current favourite is blueberries. I buy the pack of frozen ones from Tesco and just defrost a few at a time so none get wasted. The juice mixes with the porridge and it is really yummy!0

I love mashed banana, sultanas and a bit of honey or golden syrup. My daughter loves mashed blueberries or strawberries.
I need to get some seeds for it, actually!I like you. I shall kill you last.0 -

I like porridge sprinkled with Horlicks (the powder before its made into the drink) and sugar!!!0

Grated apple gets my vote- delish with a sprinkle of cinnamon too.
Sliced banana is good and with a dash of maple syrup is amazing (EAT serves this)
Chopped dried apricots and sultanas is lovely, particularly if you soak in the milk/ water overnight as the fruit goes all juicy.
I'm going to have porridge tomorrow after reading this thread.

I like it very simple - a pinch of salt and plenty of brown sugar, sprinkled over the top, but not stirred in......Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

I like mine with a sprinkle of cinammon and a little ground almond. Plus golden syrup and a banana. I may try out some of the other toppings mentioned on here.0

a good knob of butter and sprinkled with sugar0

I still have some mincemeat leftover from Christmas and inspired by this post I tried it on my porridge this morning. It was gorgeous, really, really good. You must try it.0

A bottoming rather than a topping - shove a few frozen berries in the bowl, pour the hot porridge on top - by the time you get to the berries they're defrosted but not mushy0
