Op I would have said it should be covered on her business insurance too. That's what it's there for. Many dogs chew & that should be expected & it's part of the risk with dogs.

It is pet boards and my dog is being looked after at Happy Dogs so no harm done if anyone else may like the place for their dog is there?

I was comparing what OP said about where her dog was staying to Ewa's set up as to me home boarding means just that - dog in the home of the boarder being treated like a member of the household not locked away in some annexe.
