Patio furniture debacle help!

Hoping for some advice please.
We ordered a sofa/dining set for the patio on 4th May, paying in full with credit card. We checked delivery times and were told 4 weeks.
After chasing and chasing we took delivery at 9:00pm tonight, but half of the order is missing, what we have is basically unusable.

He rest of the order in the second week of July, a date we do not trust, given their past lies. We just want to return what we have and get a refund, the company is an absolute disgrace, but on their T and C's it says we have to pay the collection cost to return. Is this right? It seems so unfair that we paid up front and have received such poor service.
It would cost a bomb to send back- any help gratefully received.

    There is no corner piece, or end pieces, just 3 individual chair things that form the inside oart of the sofa - sorry, I am not explaining this well at all.

    I know it is of no consequence, but we have an 80 th birthday party this weekend, and now no where to sit people!

    Also, it is not as good quality as we were expecting, but that is the problem with buying online, so not their fault.

    Before I ring Moda this morning, can I use this:
    The Consumer Contracts Regulations say that goods must be delivered within the time frame you agree with the seller.
    The Consumer Contracts Regulations subsumed the Distance Selling Regulations in June 2014.
    If no time frame is agreed, the seller has to deliver 'without undue delay' and at the very latest not more than 30 days from the day after the contract is made.

    We ordered on 4th May, and do not expect to have completed order until 8th July at the earliest.

    Any help before I sink into despair would be very much appreciated!

    ive read that they get bad reviews removed see
    "Like Nick, we too, have been watching this site and noticed that the lower-rated reviews have been removed – in fact, I was one of those contacted by phone by senior management and asked to remove my 2-star review shortly after publishing it, if they got ‘temporary’ chairs to me (Eton design instead of the Conrad), plus a ‘sweetener’ of scatter cushions the day after. That was on Friday 5th June. It’s now 17th June."

    In fairness, it's a busy time to be buying cheap garden furniture online.
    They've got a warning now on their website saying their phone lines are very busy. Not sure that's any excuse though.

    Thanks Holly, it might be cheap, but it is a lot of money to us.



    I have posted a review too, no doubt it will disappear. I know it will seem ridiculous to everyone else, but this has upset me so much, I have been saving for ages to buy some patio furniture and now I am so deflated.

    I am in knots about ringing them, I just need to know the right words to use.
