If you are simply sending your complaint in you don't need to send any money. If you are sending an SAR (Subject Access Request) to obtain all the information they hold on you then you do send a £10 cheque.
Personally I would send the complaint in first with all the info you have to help them locate you (old addresses etc.) and then see what response you get.0 -
Phoned them today as they have a dedicated PPI team! I have opened a claim with them and they are sending me the relevant paperwork.0
