Has my ESA been sanctioned I'm in support group

    Good morning ,
    I was just wondering the same thing, checked my natwest account at 7.00 am and nothing in there .. so started ringing the ESA telephone line @ 8.00am but got put on hold and they were busy as always etc.
    So its true regarding Natwest probs then ?

    Everyone phones at 8am and then they all queue to be answered,

    If you phone at 8:30am you might find that everyone who had been queing has been answered, and there is a lull before the 9:30 rush.
