Has my ESA been sanctioned I'm in support group

Just checked my bank and nothing's gone in...story is when I first applied for ESA I was put in work related group then moved to support group after a meeting with a lady at job centre...had a letter about three weeks ago saying I should attend an interview about my benefits and I phoned them as on support group I didn't think I needed to attend...also had doctor appointment and dad had hospital appointment that day. I said I was in support group and lady said that's ok I didn't have to attend as I had phoned and explained everything and that she made a note of it (my call and information) I also asked if it would effect my benefit and she said no and I re asked about sanctions before hanging up the phone and was told no! I received no other letters since then but just checked my bank and there is nothing there...I'm very very panicky and close to tears right now...I lost my mum just over a year ago to cancer...I also have something similar in waiting for the doctor to check out...I have several long term conditions such as fibromyalgia, under active thyroid, chronic fatigue (and I mean chronic as I'm barely awake as I'm totally wiped out all the time) and anxiety issues (bipolar) so right now I'm very very distraught and upset...I don't know what to do

As far as I'm aware ESA don't have sanctions. Give ghr job centre a ring when it opens.0 -
NatWest seem to be having problems with payments going in to their accounts, could it be you are with NW?Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama

Natwest and RBS are having problems so no money is going in.0

Is that what it is? I with natwest (unfortunately) it's the worst bank I've ever been with and this proves it.0

I can only go by what Natwest are doing in some cases if you have no money and will struggle they will add a small amount of credit to the account then take it back when the money does go in,
They are saying either late afternoon to tomorrow for money to go in.0 -
First, If you had been sanctioned you only lose £73.10 a week, the rest of your money would have been paid.
Second, "a meeting with job centre lady" cannot put you in Support Group.
you must have asked for a Reconsideration.
How much do you get on ESA?0 -
Good morning ,
I was just wondering the same thing, checked my natwest account at 7.00 am and nothing in there .. so started ringing the ESA telephone line @ 8.00am but got put on hold and they were busy as always etc.
So its true regarding Natwest probs then ?0 -

Yes it's true it's Natwest and RBS that have a glitch.0 -
Yes the meeting I had with the lady at the job centre did get me moved as she helped me with the forms and I had help from CAB too...I hope it's a natwest issue and it will go through but I'll still try and call dwp folks too...0
