I don't like anything I wear or buy.

I am a naturally black coffee drinker (I think from student days when I had neither milk not sugar available, or a spoon!!!). I prefer savoury food but when I'm miserable I am a skittles fan, one after the next and the next. Wine is my greatest downfall. Not only the calories but the metabolic slowdown. And the sugar. And the alcohol
.
If I have a glass of wine I have a pint of water with it. No idea whether that helps!
What about the best fruit to have?
I know berries are really good for you and I make smoothie to calm down my cravings. If you have a blender, you can mix milk, yogurt and berries to create your own. Also cheap.
Pear is another good one.
Grapes, oranges etc are high in sugar.
I like my wine too. Important bit is to eat/drink in moderation.
Also, as rdone said, don't just stick to low fat , low sugar things.ally.0 -
I'm younger than you, but I always found shopping for clothes really difficult. Then I actually had a colour analysis done - it costs quite a bit (I paid £120) but my consultant actually looked at what colours suit and what don't, and she gave me lots of advice about matching different things together. There are so many different colours, and I knew that some colours looked good on me and some didn't before, but it really helped as I can see at a glance now some colours that do and don't suit me. And the consultant gave me a pack to take away with all the colour swatches that suit me best.
I still don't like clothes shopping but I find it easier now.
Some people have a good eye for what colours suit anyway (I have another friend who does, even though she's never had training in it) so if you know anyone who's got a good eye for this, then opt to go shopping with them if possible.Indecision is the key to flexibility

Agreed, a proper bra fitting (even if the size shocks you!) is worth going for, it can really change your shape.
Very have recently added a tool to their website where you input your measurements & then select from a few photos of clothes, shoes etc what you like and what you don't like. From this they build up a little profile of stuff they think you'll like or will suit your body type. It also breaks down the best cuts for your shape in trousers, tops, skirts, dresses. Pretty useful as a starting point.
Best of luck!0
