Haggling with Vodafone. Help!

Hey guys just looking for some advice. My 24-month contract finally finishes next month with Vodafone and I'm looking for some ammunition when I start haggling. What are the best deals that you guys have been offered recently by haggling with Vodafone? I don't really want to leave the network, but I was wondering what was the best offer I could get if I threatened to leave.
I currently pay £21 a month for 600 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB of data with a Samsung Galaxy S3.
I remember when I cancelled my previous contract, 2 years ago with Three, I went through the a pretty arduous process of being transferred from department to department until I finally received my PAC code from the Cancellations Department. As I passed through the various departments, I was offered a succession of increasingly better deals -- until they finally offered me their *best* offer: money off my monthly bill, increased call/data allowance, a new handset plus a tablet (although nothing could sway me, their signal was crap in my area).
So I was wondering if anyone has any similar stories for Vodafone recently? It would be really handy to have something to aim for when haggling with these guys. Thanks in advance

IMO, you are likely to find a better deal as a new customer with Vodafone or another network, especially through CPW or other dealers and taking TCB/Quidco cashback into account.0
