tried to call them 4 times Wednesday and yesterday "all our advisors are busy, please call back at a different times"... which is what I feared
do they have drop in centres or a physical office? I couldn't find any on the site0 -
so I wanted to update this thread
court date was on 5th August, I was the only one who turned and put on a defence, saying I left the flat and I was fully willing to cooperate with the council. The duty solicitor helped me out and came in the courtroom with me. The court decided in my favour as all the expenses will have to be chased from the tenant and the other housemates who didn't turn up.
I was on cloud 9 after that. my contract at work had also ended on 24th July so I was also unemployed at the time !
I want to thank everyone on this thread, I was scared and I started making stuff up, God knows what I would have told the court if it wasn't for you guys
I have been silly, I thank this forum for making me see sense0
