Coming to the end of my contract - advice please!
My connection date was 23rd September 2006, on a 12 month contract on the 3 network through CoolNewMobile. The 30 day notice I need to give is coming up, otherwise I'll have to start paying my monthly bills!
I would really like a deal as close to what I've got at the moment. I like 3 network, I've had no problems with getting paid by Coolnewmobile and I understand their system, and I'd be happy keeping the phone I've got (presuming the games I've downloaded and my contacts etc. would remain on there..?)
Is it possible to get another deal with the same network and Coolnewmobile straight after cancelling my existing deal?
I want to keep my phone number so would I need to request a PAC code, in this situation?
How do I give 3 my 30 days notice - by phone or by letter?

Hi, you need to write to the network requesting your PAC code and the cancellation of your contract.
But you can do this over the phone give 3 a ring and speak to them saying you want your PAC code and retentions will sort you out with something.
What are your bills coming in at?0 -
How much are they? £45 per month, but full cashback from CNM0

Well is that LR or are you going over your minutes? If your happy with spending 40 quid go into Phones4u get 750 mins 3000 texts and 150£ cash back.
Happy days I dont really know what other offers are on other than that one.0 -
One word of advice - you cannot port a 3 number to a new 3 contract. See the 3 retentions thread, some people are getting cracking deals without changing phone or number, and direct credit to your account without the nause of claiming cashback which may or may not arrive...when you call 333, go through to the "if you're thinking of leaving us" option, which you need to do anyway to give notice. You may be pleasantly suprised.........Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple
