Beware buying from Fonis : your HTC 820 is posted from Dubai

Beware of buying for Fonis; although they display a UK phone number and do not mention until you have made payment and received a tracking email that the item will be posted from Dubai. What is worse is that if your mobile phone is faulty they want to to post it to Dubai and pay £10 in advance for payment back to UK even you have reported it within 28 days of purchase.
Ensure you have paid by paypal and hopefully paypal will honour you and try to arbitrate the dispute.
The help desk asked me to close the paypal dispute (once you close the dispute you cannot open it ever again!) which is quite clever from them. When I told them that I wanted to pursue with my paypal claim they close my help desk ticket instantly without providing me with any address to post their faulty phone.
Basically I bought a HTC 820 dual sim from them and within three weeks the phone for which I paid £200 decided to have single sim ie. one of the sim slot stopped working. When I complain to them they told me to send it to Dubai and they told me that the technicians is based in Dubai.

Why so surprised? It says so on their website...

Where does Fonis ship from?
Fonis will ship from its warehouse in United Kingdom or from its warehouse in Dubai, depending on stock availability at the time the order is processed.
