I am on the 13 month of an 18 month £30 contract with Orange and have been regularly going over my allowance in this period. I had not made any plans on upgrading yet as I didn't think I was entitled to for at least another 3 months, but got a call from a company who are apparently an Orange Premier dealer, and thus can offer earlier upgrades.

They were trying to offer specific phones, but I am keen on the SPV M700, and after refusing everything else they have offered this for free on a further 18 month contract(theoretically 12 months as it cancels my remaining 6 month on current contract. They aren't however offering any deals on the plan(standard racoon £35, 700min/100txt).

Anyone have any thoughts about whether I am better waiting until end of contract and pushing orange directly for a better deal?
