  • Hi. I am about to go through the same process with this PPC and train operator. I'm keen to see the text of the POPLA decision, but it doesn't look like you've submitted it yet. Could you please share the love?

    Thanks in advance.

A 2015 case is far too old to be looking at a POPLA example! Stop reading anything older than six months ago as things changed at the end of last year.

Why not read today's threads instead?

Do not look for a Beaconsfield/MET POPLA appeal, look for an Indigo or NCP one as we have more of those recently.

HTH - YOU NEED TO START YOUR OWN NEW THREAD ONCE YOU HAVE PREPARED A POPLA APPEAL TO SHOW US.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I saw the date, but not the year. Thought this was only a week old. Thank for pointing this out.
